Dig On Swine

Wild Grain Rice slow roasted with homemade chicken/fish stock (no water) w/:

Seared Pork Chunks seasoned w/ garlic, cumin, thyme (no salt, in fact, rarely do I use salt)
Roasted Garlic cloves (whole)
Sautéed Onions
Dates (lightly blanched & diced)

Enjoy After: 45 minutes of Week 2 of a variation of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program.
Sets of 3 of Overhead Squat, Bench Press, High-rep Back squats. Throw in some pull-ups, bent over rows and ring dips.

Perfect Winter meal for perfect Winter training.

For Indy (the dog):

Ground turkey and peas.
