Kushari

Well, not exactly traditional Kushari. An Egyptian dish for the masses, usually vegetarian, this would be equal to America's chili, or beef stew. Suit, burqa, jeans, rags, Coptic, Muslim, this plethora of assorted spices and foods knows no boundaries. A mouth is a mouth and this dish gets the job done very well.
I changed it up a bit and added some ground turkey since it was in my fridge and in need of being eaten. Here's the layout:

Rice or Lentils, or both as a base,
Noodles
Chickpeas
Tomato sauce
Beets
Caramelized Onions (Big slices)
Drench these components in as of the following as you can:

Cumin
Garlic
Chili Pepper
Cinnamon
Basil
Paprika
A dash of curry

Enjoy on the side some homemade hummus.

For Indy:
Tuna in oil, chickpeas, 1/4 of avocado. Yum.
